Aging Furnace

The aging furnace applies to the aging treatment for aluminum profiles to enhance product hardness and the mechanical performance. Each furnace can reach capacity from 2 to 35 tons per time. Oil, gas, coal and electricity can be chosen as fuel according to the buyer's actual needs. In order to ensure excellent treatment by the aluminum alloy ageing furnace, the heat preservation time must be strictly controlled.


Aging furnace type
From its constructure: Single door aging furnace with one trolley & Double-door aging furnace with 2 trolley
From transmission system: roller type aging furnace and chain type aging furnace.

Aging furnace fuel: electric, gas


Delivery period

Aging furnace delivery period is 45 days for one complete set

Local installation for big aging furnace is 15 days, electric debugging is 7 days.
