Features
1. The regenerative type aluminium melting furnace is designed with two regenerative burners. This enables heat storage and release in turns and ensures high-efficient recycling of after-heat from flue gas.
2. The temperature of exhausted gas reduces from 790℃ to 150℃, which increases thermal-efficiency by 30%.
3. The exhausted gas from the regenerative type aluminium melting furnace provides great convenience for the subsequent dedusting and desulfurization. The exhausted gas goes into the dedusting-bag directly without cooling. 
4. There is low combustion noise.
5. There is little oxidation which hardly affects the molten metal.

Features
1. The energy-saving extrusion die heating furnace uses an advanced magnetic-induction-heating method (multivariable, constant-temperature, intelligent control).
2. Electro-magnetic heating is used for dies. The internal and external temperature of dies is uniform when specified heating temperature is reached. This will extend the lifetime of the dies and improve the aluminum surface quality. 
3. Energy-saving materials (including refractory brick, insulation fiber cotton etc.) achieve quick heating, good heat preservation and small change of surface temperature. 
4. With little oxidation, the die can improve the smooth finish of surface.
5. Short heating time increases capacity.
6. Short heat-preservation-time improves annealing.
7. The circulating blower works stably, with low noise and long use.
8. Furnace gas is mixed and recycled by the circulating blower, which keeps a uniform furnace temperature.

Features
1. The regenerative type aluminium melting furnace is designed with two regenerative burners. This enables heat storage and release in turns and ensures high-efficient recycling of after-heat from flue gas.
2. The temperature of exhausted gas reduces from 790℃ to 150℃, which increases thermal-efficiency by 30%.
3. The exhausted gas from the regenerative type aluminium melting furnace provides great convenience for the subsequent dedusting and desulfurization. The exhausted gas goes into the dedusting-bag directly without cooling. 
4. There is low combustion noise.
5. There is little oxidation which hardly affects the molten metal.

The pulse type dust collector is an improved high-efficient model based on the bag type dust collector. It eliminates problems like low intensity of dust-cleaning in a separate chamber, uneven distribution of air-in/-out, etc. With stable operation, easy maintenance and long life of the filter bag, the dust collector for melting furnace is highly sought after by customers worldwide.

The filter bag of the dust collector is made of polyester needle felt and the temperature for its continuous use is less than 120℃. The filter bag made of METAMAX high temperature needle felt has a working temperature that can reach 204℃. The dust-collecting efficiency is more than 99.8%.


Applications
The pulse type dust collector is used for copper melting furnaces, aluminum casting furnaces, asphalt mixing plants, grinding machines, kiln dust and other dust collection and desulphurization systems.
